Apart from all manifestations of Violence in the family, in women, femicide, in couples and others, is highlighted by its high statistics sexual exploitation affecting especially women and children who fall into networks by deception, coercion or violence, as well as the appearance of armed conflicts at all levels, where they expose this group of people to serious abuses, kidnappings, rapes and sexual slavery, being forced to leave their homes, cities becoming immediately refugees due to this phenomenon of conflict. INTRODUCTION The legislative elections that were held in Colombia on March 11, elected the members of the two chambers of the Congress of the Republic, 108 senators and 171 representatives to the lower house, in addition the 16 political groups were represented on an electoral ballot as a principle to be legal the suffrage in these elections. The political map began to be configured, these elections being the first in the post-conflict and with the presence of the Farc, and the names of two candidates for the first round of the presidential elections were also resolved.
