is a great violation of Human Rights that is registered daily in all Countries,
Cultures and Social Classes. Apart from all manifestations of Violence in the

against the rights of women and children. These rights are permanently
violated. They are defined by international organizations where the guarantee,
prevention and sanctions are established for all forms of violence, as well as
being able to obtain reparation for the victims. However, although there are
significant achievements, it is believed in no country in the world a full
gender equality has been achieved, it is no longer necessary to fix our eyes on
the Colombian conflict and we realize that this issue is in force and without
favorable modifications to the victims, having signed an alleged peace
agreement, however civil society and hundreds thousands of people around the
world with their actions aim to improve laws and policies that comprehensively
protect the life and rights of women and children.

violence and its consequences.
For the integral
protection of children's rights, article 19 of the Convention on Rights, all
the states that undertake to take all the appropriate legislative measures. But
in spite of this, the statistics are worrisome. All the countries of Asia, the
East , the so-called third world and the West prove that poverty, alcoholism,
family disunity, drugs, sexual abuse, domestic violence and armed conflicts
intensify the vulnerability of women and children in the world.
The situation of
